IND EX® gathers all these specialists together and forms an unparalleled organization dedicated to protect industry against explosions. Current production processes can have explosions, caused by the ignition of dust or gas – or both. These incidents can become more severe in two ways:
•Increasing market demands require larger production facilities and bigger equipment creates the potential for more extensive explosions.
•Large scale production processes become the cornerstone of economic survival of companies. The loss of such a facility due to an explosion has extensive costs – production downtime – loss of market share – loss of process equipment – and worst of all, possible loss of life.
